Bank Bill Pay
You can set up payments through your bank’s app or website. You will need to set the Center Township Water & Sanitary Authority (CTW&SA) up as a payee, be sure to have your Account # which can be found on your bill and our address. Your bank will automatically transfer the funds electronically or mail a physical bank check to us on your behalf.
Please check with your bank, the transaction may take 5-7 business days.
There are no additional fees.
Credit Card Payment
Our New Credit Card Provider is requiring our customers to re-register their information.

Pay By Phone
Payments can be made by calling 724-302-3823 to make a credit card payment by phone. The phone payment ID and the pin for your specific account will be located on your quarterly water & sewer bill. There is a 3% fee charged by the Credit Card Processor.
Check/Cash Payment
